Fear is the enemy of writing

Often when people come to work with me as a coach, they think they’re coming to talk about plot stucture, time management or how to break into the writing industry, but as soon as we start to talk about what’s getting in the way of them fulflling their writing dreams, fear is pretty swiftly discovered to be lurking in the shadows.
